The cost of return shipping with insurance will be deducted from your refund or charged at the time of exchange.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all packaging and certificates included.

For hygiene and quality assurance, worn, altered, or damaged items cannot be accepted.
Fine Jewelry Policy

Fine jewelry purchases are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in unworn, pristine condition, with all original packaging and documentation.

Jewelry showing any signs of wear, resizing, or alteration will not be accepted.
Holiday Purchases

Holiday purchases are eligible for exchange until January 10th.

Fine jewelry must still follow the 7‑day return/exchange policy above.
Custom & Special Orders

Custom designs and special orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with a description of the issue.
