Order Processing Time

 

Our standard processing time for STOCK Krysia Renau  jewelry is 1-2 working days.

Custom piece orders will be marked with a lead time on the individual jewelry piece prior to your order or upon your custom inquiry.

Custom requests for longer/shorter chains are available and delivery will be noted upon your request.

We are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests, simply request any expedited delivery on your order, or shoot us an email.

Sale items are FIANL SALE and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping Information

  • Any order of $100+ receives free ground shipping

  • All orders are shipped with signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.

  • Continental U.S. Shipping

  • We ship FedEx insured, and offer three shipping options within the continental United States:

          Standard/Ground (5-7-day delivery)

          Second-Day Air

          Overnight Next-Day Air (Please check with us for additional charge does not include Saturday delivery)

Return Policy

We at Krysia Renau want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your Krysia Renau purchase within 7 business days after you receive your product  in same condition with all tags

attached as received and we will issue a refund minus the shipping charge.

 

Your return must include original receipt along with complete original packaging and must be in unworn condition.

Please contact us at info@krysiarenau.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (a return cannot be processed without obtaining a Return Authorization Number first).

All e-mails to our Customer Service will be answered promptly within 24-hours.

When shipping your return or exchange, include your name, address, phone number and e mail address

along with your Return Authorization Number that was issued to you.

 

Please package your item securely by placing it into the small jewelry box that was included with the jewelry and shipped to you to prevent any damage to the item, also please use our original packing cushion to prevent any damage during the return.

Please note you will be responsible for any damage or loss in the event your return gets lost or damaged 

therefore  we highly recommend insuring it for full value.

Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the individual.

Damages

In the event you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us immediately with the description of the damage and we will issue you a return shipping label. Please include all details of the order, including original shipping slip, and original packing the jewelry was sent to you in.

Special custom orders may not be canceled or returned.

Please note that all stones have their own individual characteristics and will vary. We normally ship 

the piece that is shown in our image unless otherwise noted.
